Yes! Every team-building program at Wildman is curated for your group. Our team will design a schedule that balances adventure, relaxation, and connection—complete with meals, lodging, and guided activities. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on your team.
Most corporate guests stay at our Peshtigo River Outpost, which features multiple riverside deluxe cabins and glamping options for privacy and comfort. We host everything from small teams to larger retreats with families — up to around 70 guests. Catered group meals, logistics handled for you, and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy to relax, connect, and enjoy the full Northern Wisconsin retreat experience.
While there is inherent risk with any outdoor activity, your team’s safety is our top priority. Guides are CPR and First-Aid certified, and undergo specialized training for the rivers and terrain we operate on. We provide top-quality gear, detailed safety briefings, and expert supervision so you can focus on adventure and growth with complete confidence.
We operate from mid-April to early October and host successful team-building events in every season. Spring boasts high water and huge rapids on the Peshtigo River. Summer is vibrant and full of energy, perfect for enjoying warm weather and water-based activities. Fall offers crisp air, colorful foliage, and fewer crowds for a more reflective retreat. Summer fills up quickly, so larger teams should expect to plan early to secure prime dates.

We know there’s a place for stuffy conference room meetings, but it’s certainly not our thing!
